Some time after installation, when the user has had a chance to create numerous values, we return for a further period of on-site training. In this phase, we thoroughly audit the values which have been created in the intervening period. Our aim is to ensure that the system is being used correctly and also to provide additional training wherever it is required or requested.

Further analysis

Having completed a full audit of the existing values, we move on to train the users how to analyse and create time standards for operations necessary to the latter stages of production. Further software training is also given to ensure that the user is fully conversant with entering information into the system. This ties all the operations for each specific product together.

Once all the training is completed, there is usually time for our consultant to go over any aspects of analysing operations or using the software, which the users feel would benefit from further explanation.
